The day begins at 9.30 am at Shooting School UK's Simulated Game Day Valley in Burton. Breakfast: Taste of the West Gold Award-Winning Bacon and Sausage Rolls. Served with Cafetière Coffee and Tea. 10 am Welcome, Plan For The Day & Safety Briefing Followed By Drawing Of The Pegs. Drive 1: Woodcock Drive. 1st Break: "Damson Gin Break" Carrot & Ginger Cake with Madagascan Vanilla and Candied Pecans. Accompanied by Shooting School UK Dam Good Shot Damson Gin. Drive 2: English Partridge Drive. Elevenses: “Champagne Elevenses” Wagyu Bone Marrow and Horseradish with Oxtail Croquettes. Wagyu Beef fillet tartare on beef dripping croutons. Wagyu Beef slider, red onion relish. All served with Magnums of Laurent-Perrier Champagne. Drive 3: French Partridge Drive. Starter: Shin of Wagyu Beef & Truffle Ravioli with British’s Asparagus and Shallot and Red Wine Jus. Served with Magnums of Terre Des Lyn Fleurie 2018. Drive 4: Extreme Pheasant Drive. Main Course: Flat Iron Wagyu Steak cooked Medium-Rare in Beef Fat. Thyme layered Terrine With Roasted Bone Marrow and Café de Paris Butter. Accompanied by Chateau Les Eyquem Margeaux 2018. Drive 5: High Cocks Drive. Dessert: Poached Rhubarb with Set Vanilla Cream, Shortbread, Rhubarb Sherbet, and a Rhubarb Gel. Drive 6: High Hens Drive. (Optional) *Please note this is an example menu.
