Drive 2: English Partridge Drive. 1st Break: "Damson Gin Break" Drive 3: French Partridge Drive. Elevenses: “Champagne Elevenses” A Selection of; Tomato & Basil Mozzarella Sticks, Falafel Sausage Rolls, And Apricot & Sage Sausage Rolls. Served with Champagne Drive 4: Extreme Pheasant Drive. Drive 5: High Cocks Drive. Starter: Option 1 - Classic Prawn Cocktail. Option 2 - Mackerel Pate with Apple & Cornichon Salad and Toast. Option 3 - Ham Hock Terrine with Piccalilli and Toast. Main Course: Option 1 - 6oz Bavette Steak with Hand-Cut Chips and a Peppercorn Sauce.
