Served with Cafetière Coffee and Tea. 10 am Welcome, Plan For The Day & Safety Briefing Followed By Drawing Of The Pegs. Drive 1: Woodcock Drive. 1st Break: "Damson Gin Break" Drive 2: English Partridge Drive. Elevenses: “Champagne Elevenses” A selection of fresh Seasonal Canapés. Served with Champagne. Drive 3: French Partridge Drive. Refreshments Break. Drive 4: Extreme Pheasant Drive. Main Course: Free-range Beach Field Farm Chicken Supreme with; Chard Wye Valley Asparagus, Smoked Bacon Lardons, Garden Peas, and Butter Emulsion Sauce. Served with Fine White Wine. Drive 5: High Cocks Drive. Dessert: Cheddar Valley Strawberry’s delicately prepared in various ways, With Clotted Cream Panna Cotta and Toasted Pistachios. *Please note this is an example menu.
