The day begins at 9.30 am at Shooting School UK's Simulated Game Day Valley in Burton. Breakfast: Taste of the West Gold Award-Winning Bacon and Sausage Rolls. Served with Cafetière Coffee and Tea. 10 am Welcome, Plan For The Day & Safety Briefing Followed By Drawing Of The Pegs. Drive 1: Woodcock Drive. 1st Break: "Damson Gin Break" Drive 2: English Partridge Drive. Elevenses: “Champagne Elevenses” A selection of fresh Seasonal Canapés. Served with Champagne. Drive 3: French Partridge Drive. Refreshments Break. Drive 4: Extreme Pheasant Drive. Main Course: Creedy Carver Duck Breast and Confit Duck Leg with Duck Fat and Thyme Layered Potatoes, Duck Crackling, and a Blackberry Jus. Served with Decanters of Red Wine. Drive 5: High Cocks Drive. Dessert: Dark Chocolate Mousse layered between Genoise Sponge soaked in Pedro Ximenez with crumbled Caramac. *Please note this is an example menu.
