The day begins at 9.30 am at Shooting School UK's Simulated Game Day Valley in Burton. Breakfast: Fresh Fruit Platter & Croissants filled with Smoked Salmon and Crème Fraiche accompanied by Cafetière Coffee and Tea. 10 am Welcome, Plan For The Day & Safety Briefing Followed By Drawing Of The Pegs. Drive 1: Woodcock Drive. 1st Break: "Damson Gin Break" English Strawberries and Churros with a Dark Chocolate Ganache. Served with Shooting School UK Dam Good Shot Damson Gin. Drive 2: English Partridge Drive. Elevenses: “Rosé Champagne Elevenses” Lobster Arancini, Porthilly rock Oysters with pink Sushi Ginger and Gazpacho soup. Served with Bollinger Rosé Champagne. Drive 3: French Partridge Drive. Starter: Wild Sea Trout Poached Mi-Cuit, Heritage Tomato Salad, Dill pickled Cucumber, Radish, and Yuzu Mayonnaise. Served with Magnums of Sébastien Fargette Gilles Guillerault Sancerre Rosé 2018. Drive 4: Extreme Pheasant Drive. Main Course: Guinea Fowl Supreme & Crispy Confit Leg with Charred English Asparagus, Potato Terrine, and a Langoustine Velouté. Served with Louis Jadot Bourgogne 2019. Drive 5: High Cocks Drive. Dessert: Raspberry & Lemon Cured Roulade, Macerated Berries, and Pink Champagne Jelly. *Please note this is an example menu.
