The day begins at 9.30 am at Shooting School UK's Simulated Game Day Valley in Burton. Breakfast: Cumberland sausage cooked in foaming butter, or the taste of the West Gold Award-Winning Bacon Rolls. Served with Cafetière Coffee and Tea. 10 am Welcome, Plan For The Day & Safety Briefing Followed By Drawing Of The Pegs. Drive 1: Woodcock Drive. 1st Break: "Damson Gin Break" Drive 2: English Partridge Drive. Elevenses: “Champagne Elevenses” Chashu pork belly glazing sesame seeds and soy sauce, Thai fish cakes with lemongrass and chili, and Smoked potted chalk stream trout. Served with Champagne, accompanied by a Cigar of your choosing. Drive 3: French Partridge Drive. Refreshments Break: Drive 4: Extreme Pheasant Drive. Drive 5: High Cocks Drive. Main Course: Fillet of dry-aged Galloway cross beef, chard gem lettuce with a buttermilk dressing, crispy lardons, and duck fat and potato pressing. Dessert: Valrhona Guanaja dark chocolate fondant, Tonka bean, and mascarpone cream, candied orange. Special: The guests can enjoy a selection of 2 from the following fine cigars: Upmann Royal Robusto LCdH 2018, Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure de Luxe LCdH 2018, Ramon Allones Superiores LCdH 2018, Montecristo No. 2, Montecristo Petit Edmundos & Partagas Serie D No.5. *If a guest wishes to smoke further cigars there will be good stock and a charge of £20 or £25 depending on the cigar.
