Drive 2: English Partridge Drive.

Wagyu Bone Marrow and Horseradish with Oxtail Croquettes. Wagyu Beef fillet tartare on beef dripping croutons. Wagyu Beef slider, red onion relish. All served with Magnums of Laurent-Perrier Champagne.

Shin of Wagyu Beef & Truffle Ravioli with British’s Asparagus and Shallot and Red Wine Jus. Served with Magnums of Terre Des Lyn Fleurie 2018.
Drive 4: Extreme Pheasant Drive.
Flat Iron Wagyu Steak cooked Medium-Rare in Beef Fat Thyme layered Terrine. With Roasted Bone Marrow and Café de Paris Butter. Accompanied by Chateau Les Eyquem Margeaux 2018.
Drive 5: High Cocks Drive.
Poached Rhubarb with Set Vanilla Cream, Shortbread, Rhubarb Sherbet, and a Rhubarb Gel.
