The day begins at 9.30 am at Shooting School UK's Simulated Game Day Valley in Burton.
Taste of the West Gold Award-Winning Bacon and Sausage Rolls. Served with Cafetière Coffee and Tea.
10 am Welcome, Plan For The Day & Safety Briefing Followed By Drawing Of The Pegs.
Drive 1: Woodcock Drive.
1st Break: "Damson Gin Break"
Carrot & Ginger Cake with Madagascan Vanilla and Candied Pecans. Accompanied by Shooting School UK Dam Good Shot Damson Gin.
Drive 2: English Partridge Drive.
Elevenses: “Champagne Elevenses”
Smoked Salmon Mousse Crouton with Salmon Keta Caviar, Oscietra Caviar with sour crème and Made-to-order Buckwheat Blini, Porthilly rock oysters with wasabi caviar. All Served with Pol Roger Champagne.
Drive 3: French Partridge Drive.
Hot Smoked Chalk Stream Trout, Wye Valley Asparagus, Buttered Jersey Royals, Fish Espuma, and Trout Caviar Served with Louis Latour Saint Veran 2019.
Drive 4: Extreme Pheasant Drive.
Rump of Spring Lamb with Broad Beans, Salsa Verde, Extra Virgin Olive Oil Caviar. Served with Baron De Ley Reserve Rioja 2016.
Drive 5: High Cocks Drive.
Dark Chocolate Mousse layered on Génoise Sponge soaked in Pedro Ximenez, Served with Raspberry Caviar.
